When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship all items within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Please note that during peak periods like festivals, sales events, or unexpected situations, processing may occasionally take up to 5 business days or longer. We appreciate your understanding when these special circumstances occur. For wholesale orders, the handling time normally will be ranging from 3 to 10 working days or longer depending on our inventory availability.
What payment methods are accepted?
The primary payment method on pinkeepers.com is PayPal, the well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet; If you pay by e-check via Paypal, the e-check and pending payment will take 3-4 business days to clear; Other accepted payment methods: T/T, Western Union.
Do I need to leave my phone number when placing the order?
Yes, your phone number is important for the customs clearance as well as for the courier to reach you during delivery.
How much is the shipping and what shipping methods are available?
We provide Free Shipping Worldwide for all your orders; there are two shipping methods depending on your order amount:
A. Free Standard Shipping (Post Air Mail) for order amount less than $300;
B. Free Expedited Shipping (Fedex, DHL, UPS) for order amount over $300;
If you want to ship by expedited shipping for order less than $300, you need to contact us to pay for the expedited shipping.
What is the estimated delivery time to my country?
Item location is in China, shipping to US, EU and most other countries by standard shipping is around 8 to 15 working days, by expedited shipping around 3 to 7 working days; considering the complicated international shipping procedures, the estimated delivery time table below is provided only for reference. (Note: For expedited shipping, some cities belong to remote areas, for those cities, Fedex/DHL/UPS will charge remote area surcharge which is not included in the free shipping service)

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are solely the buyer's responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
Is there a tracking number provided for my order?
All your orders will come with tracking infomation which you will receive after we ship your order; if you don't receive it, please contact us for help.
What should I do if the packaged is not received?
Firstly, you can track the package status by visiting https://www.17track.net/en with the tracking number we sent to you; if there's no tracking information, you can contact us, and we will let our shipping forwarder to track the package, if your package is missing, we will refund your money or send you a replacement.
Does your company offer a money-back or refund guarantee?
Yes, we allow the product to be returned for a refund within 60 days after you receive the products. We'll refund your payment when we receive the returned products.
